Effective Date: June 25, 2026
Company: American Trenchless
Jurisdiction: Northwest Ohio (Putnam, Hancock, Allen, Wood, and Lucas Counties, and surrounding municipal regions)
Governing Law: State of Ohio
1. Scope of Utility Services & Preliminary Estimates
American Trenchless specializes in no-dig subsurface utility construction, structural trenchless pipe lining (CIPP), sewer line relining, high-pressure hydro jetting, and comprehensive pipeline replacement and installation solutions.
- Fulfillment Architecture & Free Estimates: Financial quotes, project timelines, and technical project layouts provided via 419-204-1835 or https://am-trenchless.com/ are conditional and non-binding. Binding structural contracts are executed strictly in writing after a certified specialist performs an on-site physical diagnostic evaluation or utilizes internal sewer camera inspections to verify subterranean host configurations.
- Trenchless Feasibility & High-Tech Application: We utilize premium HammerHead® trenchless systems to execute structural rehabilitation and installation with minimal disruption. However, execution depends entirely on host pipe conditions. American Trenchless reserves the absolute right to recommend conventional excavation or traditional pipe replacement under our utility license if an underground line is found to be 100% collapsed, structurally absent, or physically unviable for trenchless applications during the diagnostic evaluation pass.
- Municipal & Commercial Project Compliance: For municipal and industrial infrastructure projects, all work is executed to meet specific code-compliant standards. Final project closeouts are subject to formal engineering sign-off based on post-rehabilitation video data.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By submitting an online service form, requesting a utility layout review, or contacting our Kalida headquarters, you enter our direct dispatch communication network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications from American Trenchless for:
- Logistical & Field Dispatch Coordination: Real-time scheduling confirmations, assigned project specialist tracking links, emergency mobilization warnings, and arrival tracking notices.
- Technical Asset Delivery: Digital transmission of high-definition sewer camera inspection videos, baseline pipe telemetry, electronic invoice files, and post-curing verification metrics.
- Account Administration: Progress billing confirmations, automated financing verification updates, and structural warranty records.
- Opt-Out Control: You retain absolute authority to terminate mobile text alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Professional Industry Standards & Code Compliance
As a locally owned and operated company, American Trenchless follows all Ohio licensing board standards, OSHA trenching rules, and commercial building code requirements throughout Northwest Ohio. All structural pipeline restorations, sewer line installations, and hydro jetting services are performed in accordance with current state plumbing and environmental safety parameters, backed by a full Workmanship Guarantee.
4. Northwest Ohio Regional Logistical & Weather Factors
While we maintain a prompt response model across Findlay, Lima, Perrysburg, Bowling Green, Toledo, and surrounding communities, American Trenchless is legally exempt from project timeline deviations or standby fee liabilities caused by:
- Heavy transit or routing bottlenecks along regional highway corridors (including I-75, I-475, US-24, and US-30).
- Severe regional weather events (including heavy seasonal rainfall, flash flooding, or extreme sub-freezing soil thresholds unique to Lake Erie and Northwest Ohio winter zones) that disrupt outdoor hydro jetting or compromise trenchless epoxy chemical curing.
- Delays induced by the state-mandated utility notification network (Ohio 811 / Ohio Utilities Protection Service - OUPS).
5. High-Pressure Line Cleaning & Substrate Disclaimers
Our professional drain cleaning and mainline hydro jetting services utilize high-pressure water streams to clear stubborn blockages and built-up debris fast without harsh chemicals. Property owners and facility managers acknowledge that these clearing procedures place internal physical friction inside subsurface pathways. American Trenchless disclaims structural liability for the failure, line breach, or collapse of piping networks that were already chemically thinned, root-fractured, or heavily deteriorated by decades of corrosion prior to our technical arrival.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Ohio, the aggregate civil liability of American Trenchless for any mechanical omission, installation variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service agreement. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing mold development, sub-slab water main damage, foundation cracking, or structural shifting caused by unresolved subsurface drainage leaks that occurred prior to our technical mobilization.
