Advanced Product & Application Disclaimers
- Trenchless Pipe Lining (CIPP): Our cured-in-place pipe lining processes create a jointless, corrosion-proof barrier inside existing lines. This structural sleeve eliminates root intrusion and seals leaks from the inside out; however, execution requires lines to be entirely free of structural blocks or absolute structural voids before chemical saturation and curing steps can be finalized.
- HammerHead® Trenchless Systems: We utilize industrial-grade HammerHead® technology for specialized pipeline rehabilitation, point repairs, and lateral reinstatements. System performance remains contingent upon precise liner geometry calibration, environmental temperature control, and correct mechanical calibration tracking during the installation pass.
- Sewer Camera Inspections: High-resolution submersible camera diagnostics are utilized to verify internal pipeline conditions and provide targeted, cost-effective diagnostics. These inspection records represent a point-in-time visual snapshot and do not serve as a perpetual guarantee against clogs subsequently introduced by improper user operation or the disposal of non-flushable items.
- Ohio Utility Compliance (811 Law): In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3781, no deep mechanical trenching, structural replacement, or civil groundbreaking will commence until the state utility tracking network (Ohio 811 / OUPS) has fully verified and marked all public main utility distributions. Unmapped private secondary runs (such as agricultural field tiles, secondary barn feeds, or landscape lighting) remain the absolute liability of the asset owner to locate prior to crew deployment.
